Title: Incredible Book!
Review: Every page of this book contains short, sharp sentences, and each one has the potential to send another wave of reality shooting through your body.I didn’t know what to expect but only had to read the title of the “Day 1” meditation—“You’ve Been Sold a Bad Story—“ to be completely hooked. What? I’m not living my own story? It turns out that the author has identified four stages of a woman’s life and the first stage is when we were young and seeking safety and protection and accepted any script that others wrote for us, most likely to keep us nice and quiet and under control.OMM 365 shows that you don’t have to hang on to the identity that others (or even society) created for you. You are free to create your own story! And the rest of this brilliant book shows you exactly how to do that, day by day, stage of life by stage of life.Spoiler alert! The final phase of your life can absolutely be your best if you’ll let it be. If you will finally write your own story! It’s truly up to you and reading OMM 365 will show you the way.

Title: Love this book! Perfect for the over 50!
Review: I read the reviews before purchasing. Confused by the one that say it only says rest, review and reflect. It states to do this at the end of each week. The book resonated with me with this stage of life. I highly recommend.

Title: Past Time To Take Care of Yourself
Review: I have been waiting for this book to come out since I had heard about it. I had no preformed expectations. A hefty book arrived in the mail. I was amazed to see how it was laid out as I paged through different sections and read different pages. The thought and wisdom which has gone into this journey book is amazing. It will be a joy to start on my journey.

Title: Good content but title misleading
Review: While I enjoyed the content of the book, it’s misleading to say there are 365 daily meditations. Roughly 1/3 of the book has pages that just say “Rest, Review, Reflect”. I was looking for a daily reading for every day of the year.

Title: A Meditation for Living Fully
Review: OMM 365 One Minute Meditations for Older Women is so much more than remembering how to grow old. Instead, it’s a gentle guide to living life wiser, to the fullest, positively claiming every bit of your past as well as present. The meditations can be used as props for writing in a journal, as thought provoking moments, as well as stepping stones for your own emotional processing. Read them in order or skip around, for it works both ways. Best yet, every time I read one, I feel great about my life now as a septuagenarian. I heartily recommend it! Title: Publisher made a mistake!
Review: I received the item promptly. I am disappointed, however, that the book is printed upside down! In order to read it I need to turn it over so the back becomes the front and the words on the cover are upside down. Pages are then correct. Sheesh! glad it wasn’t a gift!

Review: This is a great book with journaling prompts. Thought provoking. Of course with everything in life, the book will not help you find the changes you want to make if you don’t become honest with yourself and do the work.Highly recommend, I have suggested it to many women, and they have purchased it.
