What do I need to know before I buy a monitor? Does this monitor automatically rotate to portrait mode?
1. Please check whether the accessories of the monitor are missing.
2. The 16 inch monitor does not have an auto-rotate function, if you need to use the monitor’s vertical screen function, please set it up on your devices first.
Why can’t I use the touch function after connecting the monitor to my device?
1. Please make sure your device has a full-featured USB-C port.
2. Please connect the USB-C port of the monitor to get the touch function when connecting HDMI port.
3. Touch function is not supported on gaming devices, Fire-tv cube and Apple device.
Why does the monitor automatically decrease in brightness and turn off after connecting to a cell phone?
1. Some smartphones has insufficient output power, it will cause the screen become less brightness, flicker or turn down. Please power the monitor to achieve optimal brightness and avoied screen flickering after connect your smartphone.
The monitor does not turn on after connecting to the device.
When connecting a high-power device, such as a gaming device or some smartphones, the monitor will not turn on due to insufficient power supply after connecting. Please connect the monitor’s original power adapter to obtain stable power supply.
How do I use the monitor if my device does not have a fully functional USB-C port?
1. Please connect the monitor’s HDMI port via a HDMI to HDMI cable to get the video output.
2. Please connect the USB-C port of the monitor via a USB-A to USB-C cable to get stable power supply and touch signal output.
