None of our foods are enriched with synthetic vitamins & minerals. We produce everything in small batches, using time-honored techniques like cold stone grinding and slow drying to preserve the natural nutrients.

Our Olive Oil is rich in Vitamin E, Polyphenols, & Hydroxytyrosol. Our pasta contains 17 vitamins, including B5, B6, B12, & B9 (Folate). These nutrients are naturally occurring, ensuring your body gets the nutrition it needs to thrive.
