Can I add this camera to DVR/NVR system?
No. It is used separately. And it isn’t compatible with any DVR/NVR system.
Why can’t I add the camera through WiFi connection?
Please make sure that the camera is powered on and waiting for 2.4GHz network connection before adding; Otherwise, press and hold the reset button until a voice prompt to restore the factory settings is issued, and then try to add it.
What should I do if the APP shows that the camera is disconnected?
Please check whether camera is connected to 2.4GHz network and router is well, the function of ‘Obtain IP address automatically’ is chosen or not. Also you can power off and restart it. If still disconnected, remove it in the APP and add again.
Does this camera need to be connected to power?
Yes. This WiFi camera isn’t a battery camera, it still needs to connect to the power supply.
