What App work with this 8MP IP camera?
This 8MP IP camera supports CamHi and CamHipro app, if you use the CamHi or CamHipro App before, you can add this camera to the App directly.
Why said it’s wireless, but it has electric cord and network cable?
The 8MP IP camera is wireless wifi camera, but it needs to be plugged in to power on. You may need to use the network cable is used when you setup wifi for the camera at the first time.
Why there is no recording?
Please modify the Time zone setting on the CamHi/CamHipro App. Click Setting button, click Time Setting, click Time Zone, select the correct time zone for the camera, click Apply to save setting, and reboot the camera after you complete the setting.
Waht’s the video format of this 4K WiFi camera?
This 4K WiFi camera only support .265 format recording.
Can I add and view the 4K WiFi camera on Blue iris?
Yes, this 4K security camera can be added and view on Blue iris, but only supports one-way audio, and digital zoom not working on Blue iris.
