2. Make sure the Alexa app is logged in on the same phone. When you click the Alexa logo, the DayBetter app will call the Alexa app and link it.
Can I use a wall dimmer to control the bulb (BLE or Wi-Fi enabled)?
No, BLE or Wi-Fi enabled bulbs do not work with wall dimmers or other voltage/current variable power supplies.
Why the bulb loses connection(offline) frequently ?
1. Get device closer to router. Relocate bulb or router. Best distance is within 30ft.
2. Delete this device from DayBetter app, reset it, and power it off for hours, then reconnect it.
How to create ‘room’ to control the devices in one room ?
Please use ‘group control’ and ‘automation’ intead. Or use room of Alexa/GoogleHome.
DayBetter app will support ‘room’ at a later time.
How do I connect it to a different wifi?
Go to the app home screen and tap on the bulb. Then tap the edit icon and select remove device. Then setup the bulb on the new WIFI.
