Is a 3TB hard drive included with the NVR? and How many days of continuous recording will the 3TB disk save?
YES! This NVR system has a 3TB HDD pre-installed and If you feel it’s not enough, you can expand up to 16TB. If you only add the 4 POE cameras in the package without adding any additional ones, the 3TB storage time will be about one month;
Can SV3C’s HX series cameras be 100% compatible with this NVR system?
Only basic functions are supported, such as real-time viewing, recording, playback…, Some other functions, such as setting preset positions and calling commands… are not supported.
Why does NVR only have 8 ports, but support 16CH?
The default channel for the NVR is 8 channels. Please manually change the channel to 16 channels on a computer monitor( System >> Limited channels >> Select channels>> Save settings.
I want to know what’s the login password.
If you want to use computer monitor Display to access the NVR, the User name is admin, and without password; If you want to use computer software “Videolink” to access this NVR, the User name is admin and the password is 123456
What app works with this poe camera? Does it support browsers and pc clients?
