Christ the Album was recorded at Southern Studios between July 1981 and February 1982, and was the fourth studio album from Crass. This reissue includes additional outtakes and a second disc featuring the live recording of their June 1981 gig at the 100 Club in London along with other studio tracks, demos, radio broadcasts and cassette recordings, as well as the original Gee Vaucher poster, plus extensive liner notes from band members Steve Ignorant and Penny Rimbaud.
