Differences 2.4ghz and 5ghz WiFi
1. The transmission rates are different. The transmission rate of 2.4GHz Wi-Fi can meet general Internet needs; 5GHz Wi-Fi theoretically provides higher bandwidth and faster transmission speeds.
2. Coverage varies. 2.4GHz Wi-Fi has a wider coverage and can penetrate obstacles; 5GHz Wi-Fi has a relatively small coverage.
4. The anti-interference ability is different. 2.4GHz is susceptible to interference from other electronic devices; there is less interference for 5GHz frequency band.

Can I add this PTZ camera to my security system?
If your security system supports onvif, you can add this camera to your system. However, Since different brands/sellers use different product chips and modules, this camera may not be 100% compatible with your security system.
Does this PTZ camera supports 36X Optical Zoom?
No, this PTZ camera supports 36X Zoom, but not all Optical Zoom, it is 18X Optical Zoom + 18X Digital Zoom, more smoother than Optical Zoom only.
