Please plug in the car charger when driving as it is not a battery powered camera. If your car needs to be powered by fuse box, you can get an ACC cable from us to power the car recorder.
The car dash cam needs to disconnect from the phone app during video recording to ensure the best recording performance (3840*2160P 30fps).
