Emtek EMTouch Electronic Keypad Deadbolt is a combination of style, function, and security all wrapped up into a perfect addition to any home. The electronic keypad comes factory programmed with 2 unique, secure, codes right out of the box. You can program an additional 18 codes for a total of 20 codes of your choise. The EMTouch Modern deadbolt can be paired with any of Emtek’s modern passage levers or knobs for a complete keyless entry soultion. All Emtek EMTouch electronic keyless products are easily installed with only a phillips head screwdriver. Standard door thickness is 1-3/8 inches to 2-1/4 inch thickness. Fits a standard 2-1/8 inch bore. Programming is simple and can be done right from the keypad: 1. Press and hold EMTEK button for 3 seconds 2. Yellow LED flashes, then remains solid*, number keys also illuminate 3. Enter Programming Code 4. Yellow LED flashes, then 1 beep 5. Yellow LED remains solid: Press 2 to enter new USER code. Press 1 if you want to change the PROGRAMMING CODE. Keys are illuminated for easy and quick operation day or night. A low battery indicator lets you know when it is time to change the battery.
