What apps does this 4K projector with Wifi and Bluetooth support?
VGKE T28 projector comes with a built-in smart Android TV system, which allows you to download your favourite apps such as Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Hulu, etc., or you can use the TV Stick or screen mirroring function to watch videos.
Is the projector compatible with Google smartphones?
Due to mirroring protocol issues of Motorola and Google phones, it prohibits screen mirroring directly from the projector. You need to have a Google Chromecast to connect it.
Why do I have no sound when watching Netflix/Amazon Prime Video?
Our projector does not support Dolby sound. If there is no sound, please turn off Dolby sound on the devices or apps.( Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > and then turning Dolby Digital (OFF)
How to play 4K videos?
Please make sure to connect 4K devices, such as a TV stick, through HDMI for playing videos.
Note: 4K video sources will be displayed at their native resolution of 1080P, often referred to as “4K supported”.
