Tips for installing:
If the printer shows a message such as “NO INK” or “Non-Original”, please click “Start” or “OK”.This is normal for compatible cartridges.
Cartridge performance is unaffected even without ink level monitor.
Better keep the printer on if you often use it, as most printers will start print head cleaning automatically when restarting and it will cause some waste of ink.
If you don’t use the printer frequently, you can turn it off. But keep in mind to switch on the power every once a week to protect the print head from clogging.

Troubleshooting:
1. If the ink level monitor on the printer prompts “empty” even the ink cartridges are installed, please reinstall the cartridges. It may take a few attempts. Cartridge performance is unaffected even without ink-level monitoring.
2. If the cartridge’s unrecognized, please keep removing & reinstalling the cartridge until it’s recognized.
3. If the printer prompts an error message, please remove the cartridges and turn off the printer for about 30 seconds. Then turn on the and re-install our cartridges.
4. A printer printing lines on the page is normally caused by a blocked, dirty, or damaged print head, please clean the printhead through your printer panel or the software, or use print head cleaner.
