Does this camera support 5GHz WiFi?
Currently, it only supports 2.4GHz WiFi connections and does not support the 5GHz band. The 2.4GHz WiFi has stronger signal penetration and a wider coverage range.
Is this camera wireless?
The camera must be connected to a power source using a power cable, but it supports wireless network connections via 2.4GHz WiFi.
Does it support local storage using a MicroSD card?
The camera supports MicroSD card up to 512GB, but MicroSD card are not included. The card slot is located on the bottom of the camera above the bracket. Insert the card with the metal contacts facing down and disconnect the power before insertion.
How do I reset the camera?
The reset button is located above the bracket at the bottom of the camera. The bracket is extendable and can rotate left and right. After powering on the camera, press and hold the reset button for 6 seconds to reset.
Is it mandatory to subscribe to the cloud storage service?
Subscribing to the cloud storage service is not mandatory; you can use an MicroSD card for recording. However, please note that if you have neither cloud storage nor an MicroSD card, you will not be able to save recordings.
